Established in 2008, with approval of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Beijing Municipal People’s Government, Beijing SMEs Credit Re-guarantee Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing SMEs Credit Re-guarantee”) is the first provincial-level re-guarantor in China. It functions under the principles of “policy guidance, corporate management and market-oriented operation”. Rendering financing services for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises across Beijing, it serves as a link between central and local financial risk compensation mechanisms and a bridge between the government and the market.
