In Beijing-Inner Mongolia cooperation, BSAM takes into account resource endowments of Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia, actively supports the local development of characteristic cattle and sheep raising, increases corn yield and income through the promotion of new technologies, and brings concrete benefits to the local people.
Adapting to consumer market demand, BSAM innovatively explores the ways and methods to boost industrial development. BSAM successively launches characteristic cattle and sheep raising projects for all households engaged in “One Village One Product” in Horqin Right Wing Front Banner, Jalaid Banner and Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. BSAM explores and gains such high-quality and replicable industrial assistance model and effective experience that enables farmers and herdsmen to increase their income, reutilize funds, benefit both upstream and downstream enterprises, and give tangible benefits to consumers.
Corn is one of the main food crops of Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In 2024, BSAM actively helps Haolibao Gacha, Xinjiamu Samu, Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner enjoy technological support through research projects of Inner Mongolia Academy of Agricultural & Animal Husbandry Sciences, reduce costs and improve efficiency. BSAM plays a demonstration and pacesetting role by constantly bolstering the local collective economy.
Resource complementarity props up common development
Exploiting resource advantages to the full, BSAM actively gives impetuses to digital transformation in the fields of government affairs, health and education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through resource complementarity, and publicizes abundant cultural and tourism industry resources of Inner Mongolia.
Beijing Certificate Authority Co., Ltd is a leading Chinese network trust and digital security service provider under BSAM. It provides “Inner Mongolian Expediting · E-Signature” Service for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, issues more than 400,000 sets of electronic seals, and supports whole-process electronic processing of government services in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It vigorously participates in the construction of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Data Security Protection System, and provides data storage, data transmission and data sharing security protection services for more than 70 million electronic certificates across Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It has built a secure and trustworthy network space for more than 70 hospitals, six universities and a dozen large-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Oriented to serving the government and the market, Culture, Tourism and Sports Resources Trading Platform of China Beijing Equity Exchange is committed to providing the local sports, cultural tourism, cultural relics authorities and industrial institutions with the whole-process investment and financing and comprehensive investment services, enabling governments and culture, tourism and sports enterprises by integrating industry chain resources. In June 2023, Zhenglan Banner, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region successfully held Investment Attraction & Culture and Tourism Promotion Meeting in China Beijing Equity Exchange, made key investment attraction projects for Zhenglan Banner culture, tourism and agricultural and livestock products known to the people, and attracted nearly 100 investment institutions and professional service institutions of all kinds.

In Beijing-Inner Mongolia cooperation, BSAM pays attention to enhancing skills training, offers public welfare jobs, and helps solve the employment problem with practical actions.
In 2021, BSAM supported Horqin Right Wing Front Banner, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to carry out training for improving the women's employment and entrepreneurship ability, improving the women’s hand-embroidery skills in rural pastoral areas and guiding more women to achieve local entrepreneurship, nearby employment and flexible employment. In 2023, BSAM supported Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to carry out labor skills training, offers public welfare jobs for farmers and herdsmen, and facilitates farmers and herdsmen of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner to take rural public welfare jobs to achieve local and nearby employment. In 2024, BSAM adds ten public welfare jobs for environmental sanitation improvement in Hongshiyue Village, Horqin Right Wing Front Banner, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, offering jobs for the weak and semi able-bodied workers in the village.
Public welfare assistance provides safety net guarantee
Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is located in the hinterland of grassland, where the foundation of people's livelihood is fragile. Since 2021, BSAM has actively supported the development of public welfare undertakings in Hinggan League. In attentive, earnest and energetic manners, BSAM does good deeds, does practical things and solves difficulties for local people, making real changes take place in the daily life of farmers and herdsmen.
In 2021, BSAM actively supported Horqin Right Wing Front Banner to build accessible reading rooms, and helped 13,000 disabled persons of Horqin Right Wing Front Banner to learn more cultural knowledge and life skills. In 2022, BSAM purchased rehabilitation training equipment and teaching aids for special education School in Jalaid Banner to help the education and rehabilitation work of special groups. In 2023, BSAM purchased 3,756 books of various kinds for compulsory education schools in Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner, and escorted the children's reading dreams with charity actions. In 2024, BSAM and Beijing Women and Children Development Foundation jointly hold a series of “Caring for Growth and Igniting Hope” welfare activities of Children’s Tour of The Classic of Mountains and Seas, and set a bridge for children of Hinggan League Hongcheng Primary School to appreciate drama culture in the form of drama lecture, interactive performance and book donation. BSAM also actively helps establish “Famous Teacher and Famous Headmaster Studios” of Hinggan League, and cultivates a group of outstanding headmasters for long-term development of Hinggan League education through special lectures, on-job training in Beijing, field guidance and other practices, propelling the growth of young backbone teachers and effectively improving the local primary and secondary education. According to Education Bureau of Hinggan League, the studios has radiated more than 2,310 teachers and benefited 24,500 students in Hinggan League since launch.
Hongshiyue Village is bothered by weak infrastructure construction and absence of basic public lighting facilities. In 2024, BSAM builds 130 street lights for free for Hongshiyue Village, ensuring the safety of villagers in night trip, filling the gaps of local infrastructure, and providing basic hardware guarantee for agricultural and rural development.
Medical and health conditions are relatively backward in Hinggan League. In 2022, BSAM purchased rehabilitation training equipment for Bayan Wulan Health Center in Jalaid Banner, Hinggan League. In 2023, BSAM purchased electronic colposcopy equipment of cervical cancer screening for Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner, Hinggan League. These advanced medical devices promote the improvement of local medical and health conditions and better protect the health of the people.
Drinking water safety in rural and pastoral areas is a matter of concern to local people. In 2023, in order to let the people of pastoral areas drink safe water, BSAM actively supported the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner, Hinggan League to purchase water quality testing equipment and carry out drinking water quality testing in rural pastoral areas, vigorously improving water quality testing capability and ensuring the safety of water supply for the people in rural pastoral areas.
Consumption assistance broadens sales channels
Since 2021, BSAM has always placed accurate priorities and increased the procurement of Inner Mongolian products via multiple channels, such as order-type procurement, procurement of Inner Mongolia Consumption Assistance Centralized Procurement Center and local direct procurement. With Inner Mongolia consumer assistance procurement amount of RMB 9.8546 million, BSAM takes practical actions to make Beijing-Inner Mongolia cooperation achieve new results.
